I needed something easy, and higher protein while I’m EB. Philly Cheesesteak Pasta Recipe: 1 onion + 1 bell pepper, diced and sautéed Add 1 lb 93/7 ground beef — cook and strain Boil 1 box high-protein pasta (I like penne) Stir in: – ¾ cup Greek yogurt – 1 tsp Better Than Bouillon – 1 cup water or beef broth – 1 full packet Au Jus seasoning (I did half but I wish I did the whole thing for more flavor) – ½ cup Parmesan cheese Top with mozzarella and let it melt About 550 calories | 45g protein per serving It did get a little dry after sitting, so when I reheated it I added a bit more Greek yogurt!
