Im hooked and cant stop eating this for lunch. This makes 5 servings and one serving is 425 calories with 55g of protein. I like to eat this with @questnutrition nacho cheese protein chips for an added 18g of protein!

Recipe
1 1/2 pounds of cooked shredded chicken breast
2 cups of cottage cheese
1 cup of plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup of Franks hot sauce
1/8 cup of hidden valley ranch seasoning
4 ounces cheddar cheese. 2 ounces mixed in and 2 ounces sprinkled on top.

I cook the chicken in a crockpot first, shred it, then I add all of my other ingredients. I let it all melt together, the cottage cheese gets nice and creamy after it’s all melted down! Transfer to a baking dish and broil with the cheese on top for a couple of minutes. You can eat it with tortilla chips but I like to use quest protein chips to add extra protein!

I lost 35 pounds postpartum eating high protein and I’ll never go back. Lastly, im from NY and using ranch instead of blue cheese in this goes against everything I stand for 😂 But it tastes great and its worth it to be in a calorie deficient.
