Keto Turkey Meatballs

An easy low carb / keto turkey meatball recipe you have to try!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Ground Pork Rinds
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 3 Tbsp Fresh Parsley
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 Egg
  • Splash of milk
  • 1 Pound Ground Turkey 85/15

Instructions

  • Turn on oven to 400 degrees.
  • Place pork rinds into a food processor to make "bread crumbs". A food processor works best, but if you don't have one you can place the pork rinds in a bag and break them down as much as you can.
  • Mince parsley
  • Add first 6 ingredients.
  • Next, add salt and pepper. I just use my grinder and keep going until it "looks good". I think salt and pepper is personal preference so I don't like to make specifics, but if I had to guess it's about 1 Tsp each. Mix together.
  • Add in the egg, and splash of milk. Mix together.
  • I prefer to mix the other ingredients well first. Then add in the turkey meat last and mix until combined, be careful not to over mix.
  • Form into 1oz meatballs and place on baking sheet.
  • Cook in the oven for 25 minutes, and turn the oven on broil for the last 5 minutes.
